You can open the Internet Connection Wizard by going to the Start
Menu, Programs, Internet Explorer
and then click the Wizard icon.
This is the first screen that will pop up. Select
"I have an existing Internet account through my phone
line....." Click Next.

On the next screen, click the button for "Select this option
if you are accessing the Internet using an Internet service provider
or a local area network (LAN)." Click Next.
This is the next screen you will see. Select "Connect using
my phone line". Click Next.

Type in the phone number 895-6650 If you need to dial the area
code but not as a long distance call, make sure to uncheck "Dial
using the area code and country code" and instead type the
area code in the phone number box. Click Next.

Type in the user name and password that you chose with Omni Internet.
Make sure that you type this in without any capital
letters. Click Next.

On the next screen, select Yes to change the
advanced settings. Click Next.

The connection type needs to be set to PPP.
Click Next.

We do not need to type anything when logging on. Click Next.

Omni Internet automatically assigns you the IP address. Click Next.

Make sure that My Internet service provider automatically sets
this when I sign in is selected. Click Next.

Name the connection Omni Internet. Click Next.

That's it! Click Finish.

You now have a connection setup. When you wish to connect, simply
double-click Netscape or the Internet Explorer and windows 98 SHOULD
automatically dial and make the connection for you.
If you wish you can make a shortcut of the connection to your desktop
so you can manually dial in and disconnect. To do this, go into
My Computer, double-click Dialup Networking. Right-click on the
icon called Omni Internet and click create shortcut. Windows98 will
ask you if you wish to place it on the Desktop. Click Yes. That's
