Double click on Make a New Connection.

On the second screen that will pop up.  Click Next.

Choose Dial-up to the Internet, then click next.

Choose, "I want to setup my Internet connection manually" then click next.

Choose, "I connect through a phone line and a modem", then click next.

Enter phone number for your area, then uncheck "Use area code and dialing rules"  then click next.

Enter your username and password then click next.

Enter a connection name then click next.

If your going to use Outlook Express, choose "yes", click next and follow the directions below.  If you use another program for email, click "no", then next, then finish and your done.

Choose, "Create a new Internet mail account", then click next.

Enter your real name then click next.

Enter your email address then click next.

Enter "mail.omniglobal.net" for both the POP3 and SMTP servers, make sure the incoming mail server is a POP3 then click next.

Enter your username and password then click next.

Click finish
